The Walker Square Farmers’ Market was a wonderful asset in Walker Square neighborhood from 2011 – 2019, thanks to the incredible time and effort put into it by committed Walker Square neighbor Jason Cleereman. Great article about it here.

In 2025, a group of committed neighbors, along with support from Milwaukee Parks Foundation and Bader Philanthropies, brought the farmers’ market back. We hope to honor Jason’s memory by offering a thriving market that supports local farmers, provides fresh and healthy food for neighbors, and brings people together in our beloved green space – Walker Square Park!

El mercado de agricultores de Walker Square fue un activo maravilloso en el vecindario Walker Square desde 2011 hasta 2019, gracias al increíble tiempo y esfuerzo que le dedicó el comprometido vecino de Walker Square Jason Cleereman.

En 2025, un grupo de vecinos comprometidos, junto con el apoyo de Milwaukee Parks Foundation y Bader Philanthropies, volvieron a abrir el mercado de agricultores.
